Some chapters COB due to early graduates and some girls just don't fit in it's not a big deal

cob helps keep cost down for sororities with many december grads and can be better than taking soph or jr in fall

Most chapters participate but don’t make it public because they already know who they want to bring in. Some are required by nationals to participate even if they only take a few girls.
