Yea just go to the Alpha sig build I’m sure they love having as many outside guys to come in!

All frats have outside guys tickets, they cost around 160-180ish and they typically come with merch

yes and no, you get the outside ticket, but I doubt they'd give you merch, they are really stingy about non-frat guys wearing letters, happened to me with Delt the last two years haha
