do all sororities only let rising sophomores live in?

I have a friend in tridelt and she says only the freshmen in her pc (not the sophomores) can live in next year, is this true for all sororities or just some?

Different rules for each house but no It’s usually the newest PC is responsible for filling the house so anyone from that PC can live in
