frat rushing as transfer

Im coming in to A&M as a transfer student from another SEC school and don't know about much of the frats at Texas. But what are the southern frats on campus and which houses should I avoid.

delt, sigma chi, and phi delt are more southern frats with some decent people and a good reputation.
pike and kappa sig are your douche frats. not bad frats but not good either

top houses are Delt, Pike, and sigma chi
almost top is ksig, phi delt, KA and beta

out of those frats(you should only consider these), delt, KA and beta are for sure country the rest are your typical douchey frats
