who is better: theta or adpi?

I’ve seen both on campus and I wanted to ask a crowd’s opinion. Based off of CURRENT status, and not old rankings or reputations of either, who would be considered a higher house?

Adpi has surpassed theta, their girls are fun and show up to tailgates and events. Way hotter too and don’t act holier than thou. Adpi is more like a mix of KD and DZ… theta is more like a mix of AOii/kappa and tridelt/chio
