Thoughts on Gphi
by: HGphi really isn’t that bad. The problem with it is that they take quantity over quality, I know some VERYYY sweet cute girls in the chapter but then you look to the other side of the room and there’s an emo girl with bunches of tats or a girl with colored hair. It’s like a half an half mix between pi phi type cute non controversial girls and aoii adpi girls. Because of this it is considered a bottom house. They should focus on not meeting quota and instead bidding girls who will approve the appearance of their chapter, and over a few years it will improve and start attracting the kind of girls to make it a mid/top house.

It’s true, they have really pretty and put together girls but also some more laid back low maintenance kind of girls. I think if they just work in recruiting a specific type of girl or personality they would improve! Not that they’re bad at the moment, just need some slight tweaking in recruitment.
