This is the easy way to think about it in particular order:
“Big Houses”:
Pike, Sigma Chi, Delt, Ksig
“Exclusive Houses”:
Beta, KA, FIJI
Mid size Frats:
Phi Delt, SigEp, Asig
Small Frats:
Phi Psi, ATO, Delta Sig, TKE, anyone else…
Everyone has their own opinion on the rankings within these groups, but it’s apples and oranges going between groups

Asig is growing a lot and is a mid sized frat just based off numbers. Regardless of what people say they’re too big to be in the same category as smaller frats

Phi delt is on a completely different level than asig or sig ep. You say midsize chapter, but phi delt is a 150+ man chapter while asig and sig ep are in the 70-80 range. At least sig ep has some history at A&M, asig hasn’t even been around 10 years. Asig is much more similar to what you consider “small frats”. Clearly more asig self ranks.

Pike/Sig Chi- very basic frat guys (what you’d expect), very attractive but extremely douchey
Delt- similar^ but they are more fun and more inclusive
Beta/KA- super country, fun parties, very exclusive
Fiji- rich boys, very exclusive
Ksig- think they’re better than everyone, geeds welcome, uncool
Sae- alcoholics, geeds welcome, super fun but you have to have your ways to get in
Pikapp/Phidelt- ew

Sae- Hardcore Party Animals, Dollar Store Andrew Tate Larpers
Pike, Sigma Chi- Cool but a little douchey at times
Delts- Similar to Pike, Sigma Chi, but a more underrated version of the two
Beta/KA/Fiji- Tell me your Dad makes at least half a mil a year without telling me
Kappa Sig/Phi Delt/ATO/Pi Kapp- Don't know much about them
DKEs- Looks like Corp kids with buzz cuts
Sig Eps and Alpha Sigs- Chill, close knit and underrated
