We really do. there are 12 good houses filled with smart, ambitious Aggie women and kappa will probably get its crap together soon. The "ranks" are just about who needs to do some reevaluation and adjusting of their recruitment process

This is what I am hearing… I’m also hearing lots of pnms are dropping this week bc they only had AOii and kappa to Pref….I mean that is bad, which way do you go? A chapter on probation or a struggling chapter??? I don’t blame them for dropping and then hoping for a snap bid!!!

This is what I heard too. Although if all those people went AOII, it could be awesome. I hope everyone finds a place where they are comfortable and not hazed.

would much rather go to a chapter that isn't on probation :P. I feel like they are struggling to meet numbers but I do think AOii has potential but they need to figure out a way to fix the issues

Are rho gams advisors? Bc if so, rho gams will not say a SINGLE negative thing abt any chapter on the row.

aoii has always been struggling… they are a last choice house, high dues, high drop rate, and low total.

Think their high dues end up correlating with a high drop rate. Sad to hear since I never hear anything bad about them but I hope that the chapter finds a way to makes some changes with their dues.
