ADPi ranking going up

Am i the only one noticing that adpi has gone up on ranking? Can someone explain how they’re becoming a top house. I’ve talked to some of my friends and they mentioned how adpi has changed so much from their old reputation and how ppl want to join their sorority.

I would say every year some of the houses move up and down the ranking . For example KKG is low tier now with their reputation while other sororities like ADPi have improved their reputation and moving up.
