Which frats are on the come up and which arent

Who do y’all think are some fraternities that don’t get enough attention/ making moves on the come up in the Greek community?Also which fraternities are starting to trend downwards and become below average with recent time?

Phi psi has a bad rep, deltasig & asig have good parties though they’re just much smaller

i have never had a good experience with phi psi, the others a good i’ve just never been to a delta wig event
