Because somebody on here needs to say it: here’s the ranks, it’s based on exclusivity. For the top ones, you have to be well connected/be in cities like dallas and houston to get in. it’s funny because some people are so naive to this. Once you’re at the school for long enough or lived at callaway you know how it is though.
Each row in no particular order:
Tri delt Kappa ChiO
Zta dg axo
Pi phi kd theta dz
Gamma phi
AOII adpi
Fraternities: this is harder to say because there are so many, but based on my system above here’s the top few:
KA Beta Fiji
Pike sig chi ksig
To those who disagree, this is how society plays a role in top sororities. Rankings are really based on exclusivity when you dig deep enough. You’re either not in the know or you don’t want to admit it

Yes, Chi O has been a top one forever. Along with Zeta, Kappa and Tri Delt
Theta has never been a top one here though. They are nice but have never been considered a top chapter.
