If you really want to know who top house is look at spring rush. EVERY SINGLE house had to have a spring rush besides kappa and Tri Delta .... seniors graduating early is not an excuse all sororities have seniors graduate early. Just saying.

the grade reports are ready but they're not releasing spring numbers so people don't know the truth about Kappa before rush.

That is true - Kappa and TriDelt never gave to do spring rush. Panhellenic is delaying anything. Chi O usually does not do spring recruitment either, and. all 3 have very high chapter totals.

Kappa couldn’t cob even if they wanted to because they hadn’t initiated the fall pc ‘22 until late Spring of ‘23.

Tri Delt took snap bids this year if not they wouldn’t have made quota. Kappa took tons of Sophomores to fill up their chapter instead of cob.

Maybe Tri Delt should cob since it shows on the Aggie spring report of 286 members and many others have close to or above 300 members. I’m sure they will take Sophomores to fill that number this fall.
