this is facts, and they will call the mom of the pnms that are lower on their list to convince them to pref chi o in case girls higher on their list will pref another house. This way they fill the empty spots, but then if their girls dont pref another house instead, they cut the girls whose mom they called.

nah this is true, happened to me. unfortuante and got my hopes up when I was a pnm but im glad i went a different house.
