Fraternity Dues?

I am apart of the class of 2026 and am very interested in rushing this fall.

I was just wondering how much fraternity dues are? I imagine they’re much higher than sororities since they host social events at their place, but I was just wondering what is the cost in general for fraternities?

I imagine it would vary by each fraternity. For example, Sigma Chi has a house and is known to throw big parties so I imagine the cost for them would be higher than say one with no house.

Please, I would appreciate any answers!

Apart — taken apart as in “take apart the engine”
A (space) part — part of something as in a part of 2026

I don’t know specifics but it does vary, I would expect around 1300 ish per semester give or take.

Most sit around 900-1400. Some are tiered dues, you may pay 1700 per semester as a freshman, but it reduces over time (each year) to 1000 as a junior, or even to 700 per semester as a senior.
