Can a guy pledge a fraternity if he is 100% at Blinn? Or do they only accept blinn team?

I wouldn't count on it. Maybe the smaller chapters, just to get their numbers up, but doubtfully

Blinn Team kids can get into even top tier frats as long as their GPA is high enough though
