This is very, very off. This was how it was maybe like three or four years ago...sort of.
I think in the general current campus opinion, it's really more like:
Top: KA SAE and Fiji
Upper Middle: Delt SigEp and Beta
Middle: Sigma Chi
Lower Middle: Pi Kapp Sigma Nu and Kappa Sig
Bottom: Pike and ATO
Irrelevant: Everyone else

Fiji is definitely not middle tier...
Top: KA/Fiji
Lower top: SAE/SigEp/Beta
Upper Middle: Delt
Middle: Sigma Chi
Lower Middle: Kappa Sig, Sigma Nu, PiKap

These are the most accurate tiers.
KA/FIJI/SAE
Beta/Delt/Sigep
Sigma chi/kappa sig/sigma nu
Pi kapp/pike
Everyone else is irrelevant.
However the top two tiers are miles above everyone else. You would have a good time joining any of the following: KA, FIJI, SAE, Beta, Delt, or sig Ep.

Odd. Cause I'm pretty sure this is how it is. This is probably the most accurate ranking on this post. Though I would say Pi Kap and Pike also fall under the irrelevant category.

It comes down to rush. KA and FIJI get their pick of the crop, and the rest of the chapters kind of pick up the scraps. There are obvious exceptions to this, like kids that didnt rush KA or FIJI at all. However, it is overwhelmingly the case that the upper tier plucks the kids they want from the middle tier's rush lists, and the middle tier very rarely takes anyone from KA or FIJI.And I have never heard either of them talk about how they are top, it's always the middle tier guys squabbling about why they belong on top. Wolves dont concern themselves with the opinions of sheep. Source: I live with a Fiji, KA and an SAE. The SAE is the only one that constantly talks about it.

You are clearly either a KA or FIJI due to the fact that I don't see why any non greek person would take the time to rate fraternities or get on this website. It seems to me KA and FIJI are the most concerned with rating themselves and putting other fraternities down. The reality is KA and FIJI are really only the "best" because they get on here and say they're the best while putting down other chapters. SAE Delt sig Ep and beta all get quality guys and with the exception of beta have better houses/social events than KA or FIJI. From what I've noticed in most girls eyes the "gap" between KA FIJI and all those other chapters is much smaller than they think.

middle tier guys are the biggest tryhards I have ever met, nice try. You will never see a top tier guy wearing chubbies and a blazer around campus.

You're probably not even a Tri Delt. And I've never seen anyone, regardless of tier, walking around in chubbies and a blazer, that's ridiculous.

I saw this posted by a girl on some other thread, and I thought it was actually really interesting.
"I honestly feel like the tier system doesn't work at A&M. There's really more like two entirely different types of Frats at A&M.
There's the rich-boy, "we have family connections and all went to the same high schools" kind of fraternities. Then there's the more stereotypical fraternities that seem more like traditional "brotherhood & partying" oriented frats.
The first kind doesn't really have huge parties, and none of them really have a real house. They're very exclusive as to who they hang out with and are a bit more snooty.

The second kind has big houses, big parties, are very social etc. They're basically what fraternities are like at most schools. These rank:
SAE
SigEp
Delt
As a girl, I find it easy to compare fraternities of the same type and say which is my favorite. But comparing two of different types (ex: KA and SAE) is harder cause they're so different.
I will say this. I prefer chapters like SAE, SigEp, and Delt over KA Fiji and Beta, and a lot of my friends agree. Though some don't, and most honestly don't care as long as the guys they know in them are cute lol"

Beta is even worse. They couldn't throw a party to save their lives. You haven't been to many good parties if you though mardi gras was better than the parties that were thrown by other fraternities listed.

Fiji throws great parties. They're just not very huge cause Fiji is exclusive. But agreed, Mardi Gras sucked. Most Beta parties aren't much fun
