rushing as a sophomore

hey everyone! i'll be rushing as a sophomore in the fall and i am super excited :) i have a good college gpa (3.7) but i don't know anybody in sororities at A&M because i don't currently go to school there. do you think i could still get a bid? are there some houses that will most likely cut me just because i am not a freshman/don't have connections? if so, which ones would probably do that? which would be more accepting to a sophomore? i don't care about tiers, i just want to join a house that has a really strong sisterhood, is really involved and isn't all that into partying. which houses would you say are most like that? i know i don't get to choose but i really want to go in as prepared as i can so any advice is much appreciated!
