Hard Truth for PNMS's

You are told that "finding your home" is a mutual selection process. But it's not. The chapters hold all the cards for 95% of PMN's.
It's very rare that a PNM gets to "cut" sororites all through recruitment.

The sad thruth is that chapters chose you up until pref night. On pref, most girls then get their first choice, but not always.

PNM's DO NOT make cuts. They rank. IF a PNM gets invited back to every house (and that is rare) then her bottom ranked houses drop off her schedule. Again, it's rare for a PNM not to be cut by any house during recruitment.

Don't take cuts personally, most of the time it's a numbers game. If you are on a chapter's list, they have noticed something about you that they like. Focus on the chapters that want you!
