Kappa and DG Zip Code Check

I was in kappa kappa gamma before I dropped. I dropped because I found out that during the rush process they checked my zip code before giving me a bid. If you’re not from the woodlands or highland park, you will be dropped. Period.

What if you live in the Dallas area and your home is worth $1 million, but it's not in Highland Park? Do you still get cut??

Would this be only for the house you live in or all property and investments your parents own? How about debt to income ratio?? See how stupid this is? WHO would WANT to be friends with someone who is only interested in you if you appear to have money??

During rush a kappa asked me how much my families house cost and I said $200,000 and she laughed in my face and then left the zoom call after calling me a broke ass chode

I grew up on lake Austin, giant expensive house on the lake, ended up in a “regular” chapter because I didn’t like any of the girls I knew from other “top” chapters. I even got cut from bottom houses because of my resume.

Stop being so superficial. No one cares in the real world and growing up in a $$$ house doesn’t mean you’ll end up in one when you’re an actual adult.
