If you had to choose between Pi phi and what I'm assuming you meant was chi O then I would definitely go with Pi phi for a girl who wants to go out. Not all of them go out but way more than in Chi O...

Pi phi goes out more than chi o, if that's what you're looking for!

You would probably fit in better with Pi Phi. They have a large variety of girls and you'll be sure to find people into whatever you're into (aka partying). Their 2 newest pledge classes go out quite a bit but are still classy. Chi O is very religious which is also great if thats what you're looking for though. Both are top 5 houses and highly selective, but in my opinion Pi Phi is the better house especially judging off the more recent PCs of girls.

I'm in one of these chapters and have friends in the other, and I know for a fact they both have a pretty good amount girls that go out. A big difference between chapters that are known for going out versus those that aren't is the standard held at events. Sororities with the rep for not going out just tend to have a stricter policy at date parties and mixers, but you will find groups of girls in every chapter that go out and party, and you will find girls in every chapter that don't.
