theta

i'll be rushing as an upperclassman next fall. i've looked into all of the different sororities (websites, philanthropies, etc.) and i am really interested in theta. they seem to share my values and have the kind of sisterhood that i am looking for. of course i am open to all sororities, but this one really stands out to me. i have friends in a couple of the different houses, but don't know anyone in theta. are they selective during rush? would they take someone who is an upperclassman and who they don't know? also, they seem to be ranked really low on this website and i was wondering why? popularity isn't important to me, just wasn't sure why they were listed so low. thanks in advance!
