are these fraternities good?

I'm a spring Rushee any I've been looking into the different chapters on campus. So far I've met and talked to a lot of KAs and Fijis but I found I don't find myself liking them or belonging there. I have met and talked to a lot of Delts, Sig Eps, and Betas and I like all three chapters and the guys I've met, with SigEp and Delt tied for my top choice. But I keep hearing mixed feedback on them from people outside the chapter. Like half the people I talk to love SigEp and Delt, but the other half say they're "low tier" and I keep being told that Beta is "sinking". Where do these chapters fit in as far as the Greek life on campus? Are they good?
What's y'all's opinion? No bashing please I just want an honest answer

You should go where you feel most comfortable with the guys. All of the frats you mentioned are good fraternities. Some might be more "popular" than others but if you end up picking one where you don't like the guys you're going to regret your decision.

I'm in one of those chapters and rushed them all. They are all good. You will have fun at any of them, go with your gut and you won't regret it.

all are great houses. Like above posters have stated, just go with where you feel most comfortable. Go to the rush events and get to know the active chapter. It is a fun process and if you do it right, you can't go wrong. Good luck.
