I really do think Zeta is the top house. They have done a phenomenal job, while Kappa has been fading away. I'm very proud of them.

I actually think KD and GPhiB are doing awesome now, so many solid girls that really want to be leaders in their chapters, which is needed to make the chapters strong. In the same way, this is why I think the top houses are dropping because they are just riding on the fact that they've always been good, but no one is stepping up to take leadership.

PiPhi is also doing really well. They got a ton of great girls.
