declining chapters

from what i can see dg and axo are slipping. they are still attracting cute girls but their girls aren't as classy or desirable as they once were. I would say dg is slipping into the middle and axo-in to the bottom tier.

Lol you can stop trying to cause drama and bring other chapters down. It's actually the opposite. Both DG and AXO are improving greatly and moving up. However other chapters that were once good such as XO and Theta are slipping. Stop trying to bring other chapters down just because they are improving while yours is declining.

DG has always been middle tier, AXO use to be lower tier and has gotten better PCs recently.
