Actually being a legacy can hurt you, and % wise the placement rate at most SEC schools is higher then at A&M

There are more A&M freshman that at most other SEC schools, so 12% of all A&M freshman females is larger than most freshman girls enrolled at other schools.
The entrance requirements at A&M are higher than at all other SEC schools except Vanderbilt, so all the girls are top 10%, high academic, high involvement

Did you even get into A&M?? Surely not. Percentages is the only fair way to compare different schools bc none of the schools has the exact same number of ppl. Please, do us all a favor and sign up for STAT 303 right away. If, for example Vandy has 500/1,000 girls in a sorority and A&M has 2,000/5,000, you cannot argue A&M's is bigger than Vandy based on numbers--vandy is already at a disadvantage bc they're smaller. They would never get to 2,000 ppl if they only accept 1,000. See the "facts" now, sugar lips???

Yes, being a legacy will only help you not hurt you, but I cannot disagree more about TAMU greek life being on an SEC standard. Only a little over 12% of female undergrads are greek at A&M. Alabama, 33%. Georgia, 28%. LSU, 24%, Tenn, 21%. Florida, 19%. Just because we change athletic conferences, doesn't automatically mean our Greek Life is magically stronger. Let's keep it realistic.
