kd?
by: transfer
I'm thinking about transferring in the fall to tamu. I was just initiated into KD at my school and it's top tier here. What's KD like here? Is it even worth being affiliated with, because from what I see it's not so great...
thanks!!!

Contrary to how this site is set up, the Greeks here mix. You are either Greek or not, unlike some other schools they don't set up hard lines between houses. Greeks tend to sit together in classes, be in groups together for projects,& things like that. Most of the school has no idea which houses are which. It isn't a huge Greek image school. If you enjoyed being a Greek, affiliate.

I'm not a KD, but am Greek, and I would say you should at least try it. A&M is a HUGE school, so if you don't find your 'group' or organization quickly, it's easy to feel lost. I think you'll be fine and enjoy them. I'd recommend any transfers to affiliate with any of the houses. You'll be cutting yourself short if you don't, IMO.
