texas a&m

My cousin went through recruitment at University of Alabama 2 years ago and for quite a few sororities there, money and connections are vital to receiving a bid. I was just wondering if the same is true for Texas A&M? I am an out of state sophomore, so I don't know anyone at A&M and I certainly am not super wealthy. What do sororities at A&M generally look for in a potential new member? How competitive/hard is it to get into a sorority?
