DZ got a better PC than PiPhi and XO this year. XO has issues with dirty rushing....they cant seem to quit! PiPhi not cute girls the past couple of years, need to improve. AXO and DZ seem to compete for the same girls. Thats why i would put them back to back.

DZ has moved down. This year, if a girl had two houses left, it was ADPi and DZ. people pick KD over DZ now.

i agree that DZ has come up along with AXO and DG. These houses all competed for the same girls. PiPhi, XO and Theta are slipping after 4 years of below par PC's.
