KA, SAE and Delt did Halloween together last fall. KA also had a mixer with Delt last semester with some of the sororities I think. Beta and KA also had a bar night I'm pretty sure. It seems like Fiji just does its own thing now..

Sigma Chi: Is very powerful nationally, they have a lot of alumni in Wall Street, politics, etc. However, nationals thinks the SigChi chapter here is an embarassment (not lying, one of my family friend's is in SigChi's nationals. They aren't bad, and aren't great. There's also potential here if you care more about being a Sigma Chi in general, rather than being an "Aggie Sigma Chi".

Sigma Nu: Not very good to be honest. They are comparable to PiKapp in the fact that they all like to think they are fratty by dressing in nice clothes. Sadly, this is not the case and both their chapters here suck. Plus, living in the SigNu house while Sigma Chi's white-bricked house shines in your face is just depressing, amirite?

Delta Tau Delta: There's a saying at A&M that goes like: Everyone hates the Delts. They mix with a lot of girls, but guys hate 'em. I presonally know a few of 'em and they are cool, but you can't run from your perceived images that have already been placed. Potential here.

PiKapp: See below @Sigma Nu. Arguably worse than Sigma Nu.

ATO: Stay away. No house, GDI to the max, they just started so they will be ragged on for at least 4-5 years if not more. One of their guys has gauges in his ears. Wth?

Kappa Sigma: Kind of like Pike, but they have a house. They mix with Gamma Phi's a lot, which isn't a good thing. Nice solid guys generally, but they aren't top at A&M. If you are okay with being mediocre but not douchey, there's potential here.

Phi Delt: Phi Delt used to be bigger here, but then got shut down, and has never been the same. Small chapter, and weird, wild guys. If you want a small sized chapter, I would suggest DKE instead.

DKE: George Bush is an alumni. Kinda cool. Small chapter, no official house, they keep to themselves but aren't too bad. If that's what you're looking for, there's potential here.

Don't let SAE trick you into thinking that their chapter is strong. In reality, they are going downhill and they know it. They are on probation...that's why they didn't use their actual name for chilifest. Their recruitment and pledge class numbers have been pretty bad for the last 3-4 semesters.
