Every good fraternity has the classic creep that slips through the cracks. Not that big of a deal when you these chapter have at least 100 guys.

Having said that, the top 4 are:

KA, BETA, FIJI, DELT

Put them in whatever you want.

Then you have:

SAE, Sigma Chi and Sig Ep

There's a drop between the top and middle tier.

No other fraternities are worth mentioning..

Those four have joint parties every semester.

Sigma Chi and Sig Ep would NOT be able to land a joint party with any of those four..

fiji and beta have been doing their own things recently, besides last year.
ka, sae, and delt had a Halloween party this year.
ka, beta, and sae had a bar night last year.
beta and sae had valentines last year.
