Delt is going downhill fast though and they will be replaced by next fall.

Yep, those are the top fraternities.

FIJI is back apparently and with islander happening, they will keep their spot.

Not sure how Delt is going downhill. It seems like they always do well during rush.

There's a big drop between the top and middle tier in terms of quality of guys and the sororities each fraternity hangs out with.

Those four will stay at the top. I honestly can't see SAE climbing back up. Sigma Chi or Sig Ep will also stay in the middle.

I disagree. Delt has definately dropped out their guys are creepy. FIJI can't have parties but is still top tier, mainly HP and Memorial boys they are fun but cliquey!

You don't know what has been going on. Fiji is back and has already been having parties.

Quit generalizing about a specific fraternity just because some guys in it suck.

at least you got creeped on... so you can't be that bad looking (assuming you are a girl). Now stfu and get over it..
