I say Delt is top tier. Sure, there's a few guys that suck but it's like that in any fraternity..

I would say that is accurate, you can probably flip flop sig ep and pi kapp and any of the top 3.

SAE takes alot of guys other fraternities ball. They have a house, but a bunch of douches as actives. Definitely not top 3, either 4 or 5.

aside from the fact that you could say good things, thats pretty accurate. Id probably drop farmhouse down a level and throw sigma nu in with pi kapp and that group
