Is a last resort in the top 5 if anything. Definitely not selective with bids at all. Go to any one of their events and you'll get a bid, I know from experience. Delt has a bunch of gdis that try too hard to frat and don't mix with good sororities at all.

I guarantee you the people that rate/comment here are kids that didn't get the bid they wanted or simply haters.

Most (if not all) greeks have a good idea of what the top fraternities are. So stop to the hate and get a life.
