To all of those kids from LSU and Ole Miss talking $hit, stop. You go to a very lowly ranked academic institution. Texas A&M is a much better university and isn't even in the same league (academically speaking) as most of the SEC schools. We'll see who's laughing when we're getting jobs at top firms in Dallas and Houston and you're working for your daddy's car dealership in Mississippi.

The guys and girls at .A&M may not pay $2500 a semester, but they COULD if the system were set up that way. Most kids in the top groups have deep pockets and their parents wouldn't even know the money was spent. Gotta remember, SEC, your dealing with a top TEXAS university now, and our families are loaded. We're not like the south, and our money doesn't equal yours.

out-of-state guys don't get it. Texas residents choose education first. The Greek system takes care of itself. A&M has a small percentage of frat men. They turn out to be the elite of the school, so it's hilarious for you guys from Mississippi and Alabama to come on here and say that you're the ones with the $$. You don't have a clue.

To be fair, Georgia and Florida are both ranked about the same as A&M academically.

Greek at UT, and I have respect for how far y'all's system has come in such a short time, and with an adverse administration. Plus the Greeks at A&M are wayyyy cooler than the general population.
