Yall are so dumb. You must understand only the rich can rush in the south unlike A&M where as if your parents make 60000 a year it's no problem for them. 2000- 4000 a semester extra not including the other grand we put in for formals in Nola and spring break in key west. See you guys know it's all about who you know. Our parents are the ones to know and they'll hire me ( there daughter/son) before they hire some kid that couldn't get into UT. We got your back bama.

to understand that the message was directed at a Highland Park kid, not an Alabama resident or Louisiana resident. If you live in the south, of course you are going to consider your state school. Your schools are very good and you attract good students AND wealthy kids from your perspective states. The Texas kids you get are the ones who don't get into UT and A&M, so you don't get our "cream of the crop" like you might from your states. Your schools are good, you are good, and we look forward to joining the SEC. Hook 'em.

The originally argument was about how we are wealthier than you. Our Greek system that is. I'm an Ole miss student and there is no way I could get into Texas. Yes, Texas a&m is a great school but dont act like y'all are anywhere near Texas or rice when it comes to academics. Anyways averse cost at LSU bama Ole miss georgia vandy and Florida for a fraternity is about 2500 a semester. Texas a&m being around 600. Just pointing out the fact that our Greek system does exclude the middle class as yalls let's them in which makes yours a joke. And Texas guy... Why couldn't y'all come to the SEC instead!!

system is a little deceiving to out of staters When they see our fees. What they don't know is that fees don't matter. Fraternities and sororities are very selective just like UT and the southern schools. With Texas being such a wealthy state, you see a lot of kids from Houston, Dallas, etc. entering A&M. You have a bigger influx of rich city kids now than you did a decade ago. A&M is changing and the Greek system is rapidly changing as well. For example, sorority rush is getting more cut-throat just like at Texas. It's just not a "rural" agricultural school anymore.
