Well said. Pappas was a great Sigma Chi president and Schulte was a great SAE president and both have fallen a bit since they each left. SigEp also has some great guys.

Honestly, hang out with the guys that you like, you're gonna be brothers with them for life. You might not like every one of them, do find the one that you like the most.

SigEp's old president Weaver was a very awesome dude, I had some good times with him. They definitely have some good guys, I agree. And they are not balanced man...

And yeah, I admit we did drop after Schulte left. We had some guys drop, typical probation scenario I guess. Hopefully we can pick it up before I graduate.

So yes, to be honest... you are not experiencing the whole Aggie Greek experience if you do not BEFRIEND people from OTHER fraternities. It's all about just meeting people and making relationships. I met some friends through rush, and although we went different routes, we still keep in contact.

Stop with all the damn bull$hitting hatred. It's annoying and pointless.

I'm pretty sure there's a general consensus here that everyone, and I mean EVERYONE...hates the Delts.

Yes. Everyone hates the Delts. Can we all agree to not have parties with them this year and make them do it with DKE and Delta Chi like they used to?

Every fraternity has guys I would love to consider my brother. Simple as that.

This isn't like some f!ckin' high school clique where we hate some other group for no reason.

I don't know about you, but hell I'd much rather host a joint party and invite all the sororistutes, than have only my fraternity. Seriously. Just have a good time with everybody.

@@From a Ka, yeah Weaver was one of our greatest guys. He was one of those guys that would hang out anybody, from his own pledges, to guys in different fraternities, GDI's, anyone. He was a great guy, unfortunately he moved on to bigger things now and is in NY.


What I've learned is that every fraternity is not perfect. We've had struggles, I know SAE is struggling real hard recently and some of us have tried to reach out to them, Sigma Chi was in trouble a year ago.

Life's too short to hate on everyone. It definitely doesn't bring me any satisfaction. Oh you're Beta? Come and grab a beer with me. That's how I am, and if more people acted like that, our Greek Life would grow so much faster...instead of the huge p e n i s measuring contest it is right now.

To rushees, rush whoever you like. Come to us, come to somewhere else...i don't care. Just don't fake who you are to join somewhere you weren't meant to be, because you're gonna have a $hitty four years if you do.
