Don't know why Beta is being grouped with the top group.

I don't think they should be ranked as high.

After those top 7 fraternities, it becomes the difference between having a packed build and having a total of three girls at your build at Chilifest. By huge drop-off, we mean huge drop-off.

If you have to ask who the best are, you probably won't get in.

SAE is down and out now. It's going to take them a long time to rebuild.

To any rushees that actually read this stuff, I'm going to list the positives of the top fraternities (KA, Fiji, Beta, Delt, SigEp, Sigma Chi...SAE is washed out now at A&M)

KA: Great in the South. A lot of strong networking ties to prominent players in the South. Probably the strongest pro-white fraternity out there. Basically non-existent in the North. Is very solid at A&M. Has 124 active chapters.

FIJI: Phi Gamma Delta is also very strong at A&M. Some will call them a country club, because they recruit guys from the rich parts of Houston and Dallas. Is solid around the state of TX, as well as most parts of the South, and has some good chapters up North. Has 123 active chapters. Alumni are called "graduate brothers", symbolizing their membership lasts even after college.

Beta: Does not have a house at A&M, instead has a barn where they host their parties. Has 140 active chapters. Beta is generally either good or very bad, and their chapter here is good.

Is anyone grouping Delt with the top. All of the girls think theyre weird and creepy and they get no respect from other fraternities. With that said, they had a great rush 3 years ago and are riding that out but were completely irrelevant and terrible before that.

KA, Fiji

Beta, SAE, Sigma Chi

Delt, SigEp

Is anyone including SigEp as well. There are 6 'top' fraternities then it drops to SigEp, Sigma Nu, and now PiKapp I guess. Then huge drop and everyone else.

Beta (cont.): One of the oldest fraternities in the U.S. The good Beta chapters have some great alumni connections like A&M, while the smaller Beta chapters are irrelevant.

Sigma Chi: One of the most powerful fraternities in the U.S regarding alumni networking and prestigious alumni job positions. Most Sigma Chi members believe they are better than everyone else, and in return some are stuck-up. Has over 244 active chapters in the U.S. The Sigma Chi chapter at A&M is decent, has a lot of room to improve though. Members believe there are ties to the old Crusade times.

Sigma Phi Epsilon: Currently the largest fraternity in the U.S in terms of members, and has 241 active chapters. SigEp is either a hit or miss, and is decent at A&M, but has room to grow like Sigma Chi. Has solid alumni networking because of a large amount of alumni with high-end job positions.

Delta Tau Delta: Hasn't grown at A&M for a couple years, has been leaning on one good pledge class from a couple years ago.
