are both really hard to get into. They have the same requirements and this year UT went back to top 10 instead of top 8 just like A&M. I find it funny that either of those schools think they are the best academically when RICE beats both of them in that regard. Basically there are only 4 schools in Texas even worth applying to if you have any brains at all. Rice, A&M, UT (A&M and UT tied for second) and SMU. All the other schools in texas take whoever applies. Yes TCU fans that means you too and Baylor you need to be a lot more selective. Do not even get me started about Tech as they take anything with a pulse and throw money at them to boot.

Lots of universities in the South use Figi because they go by Phi Gamma Delta and Fiji disrespects Gamma.

i wouldnt say TCU is a bottom of the barrel school they are on the rise and voted best up coming school. it is getting harder and harder for students to get into TCU. I know TCU's business school is ranked right behind UT's undergraduate school. something like 15th in the nation. Just saying gotta respect the school that replaced yall. Big 12

is a great school but it is no where near as hard as A&M to get into. I go to TCU and I know the kids from my school that did not get into A&M or UT which was their first choices and they did end up at TCU. We do not take dumb kids and we are more selective than Baylor. I would put us and SMU in the same category. Yes we are getting better and we are on the rise but for now we are not even close to the 2 big schools in TX. Anyone that disputes that A&M and UT are equal are just letting pride and stupid rivalry take over their brain.
