Seriously the tiers did not change at all this year. There were so many amazing girls that went through recruitment this year that every house got great girls. All houses improved but the tiers remain the same:

Tri Delt
Zeta
DG
PiPhi
AXO/XO
DZ
Theta
GPhi

Where did you get your rankings? I looked at several sites and this is not the ranking I found on top ten/ top twelve. Many listed above were on all the sites, but it varied. Gamma phi, ADPi and AXO were not always listed. Maybe some others. One that I searched was on all the sites, but you did not list it. Not naming it because I will then be accused of being in that sorority and making it up. Just wanted to point out that people just post things that are not accurate or use one thing to support their version. This is not even relavent when joining a sorority. All groups have plenty of Alum groups if you want to contine this connection after graduation. Take time to get to know the other sororites at TAMU. There are great women in them all and it would be great if we supported each other. This site will not change recruitment. What happens, will happen. After that week, move on and learn to love all of Greeklife !

ADPI is mostly low tier at universities outside Deep South, Carolina's, Kentucky.. They are not one of the strongest in SEC because they are bottom tier at A&M, Arkansas, lost chapter at LSU, bottom at Vamderbilt, coming back to campus at Ole Miss after closing chapter. So they are one of the worst sororities in the SEC West.

you need to do a little more research. I'm in a different SEC powerhouse (not ADPi) but everyone knows the Southern powerhouses are KKG, DDD, XO, KD, ADPi, PhiMu and ZTA

Adpi is lower mid tier at candy aopi is worst axo is worse zeta is new had a better rush last January but not better. Adpi is 6th out of nine kind of vanilla but not terrible

This entire discussion is exactly why greek life doesn't grow like it should. Who wouldn't want to be in an organization that leaves you with life long friends and great college memories. Oh, that's b/c the a-holes in it continue to pull each other down by "ranking" and stupid "tiers". So I'm "tier 1" at one school and "lower tier" at another. Give me a break. It doesn't change my sisterhood and what my girls mean to me. Greeks should be promoting the great things greek life has to offer instead of these ridiculous rankings. I'm sick of this S. I'll stick with the positive posts, thanks.

I haven't seen ADPi or any other group come on here and say they're a certain tier anywhere??

All I have seen a d pi do is tell everyone what is going on with them and taking control of the rumors. Every NPC org has strong and weak chapters. It doesn't change the fact that sisterhood is a lifetime gift no matter the chapter. If these stupid websites keep a PNM from joining a sisterhood and experiencing this gift, its a damn shame.

That Newsweek poll was a joke. It was mostly based on Twitter followers and Facebook fans. It had nothing to do with total membership, % of chapters continuing to stay open, % of chapters at top universities, membership retention, alumnae involvement, national reputation etc.

Why does every topic on here turn into a bash ADPi post? The top chapters at A&M support them. We know they are strong nationally and we want them here. I have yet to see ADPi come on here and say they are something they aren't. They have been honest on here about rebuilding their chapter and I respect them for that.

can't find out the top chapters by Googling because-- you're right--you'll find a different list every time. The list earlier is based on wealth of the national organization, number of initiates/alumnae, presence at prestigious schools and amount of chapters closed. If you ask anyone at the national level, they know those 12 chapters. The rest of NPC is still strong with large networks but those are the powerhouses.
