dirty rushing?

I was a PNM this year. Does saying "we love having girls like you" and "wow, we need more girls in your major" or even "it looks like your heart for service really matches ours" constitute as dirty rushing?

saying
see you tomorrow
or
I can't wait to see you on bid day
or stuff like that is considered an oral bid
on pref night we are even encouraged to say you mirror our core values and stuff like that.

As long as they "girls like you" and not you specifically. All the way they say it. Very subjective and that's why it's rare for a sorority to be fined for dirty rushing. Most of what you hear about dirty rushing is just a rumor started by other sororities to make rival chapters look bad.
