fall 2019 sorority numbers

That's not really how it works because it depends on what house total will be set at. That number will probably go down a little now, which means not as many COB's as you would think. And there is not really a 'spring rush' like there is a formal fall rush. There is nothing organized by panhellenic in the spring, it's up to each house to do COB how they want, and houses that only want to take a few more won't announce it, they'll just offer bids on the DL to girls they already know. Your best bet is to get to know girls in houses if you want a COB.
