by: confusedI feel like everyone on here seems to say that thetas are so sweet and smart, and raise a ton of money. Why are they considered a bottom house then?

theta isn’t bottom
the people who discuss the ranks on this page are all from the same group, people who party and value looks
theta has about 70% who are christian camp counselor girls and the other 30% go out and party
no one knows who theta is on this site because it’s full of people who party and are in frats
theta hangs out more with men’s orgs like byx, amc and ol ags and has a really good reputation among them
people on this website are just biased to what a top house is
theta raises a ton of money, has genuine and beautiful girls.

Theta isn’t bottom.. they are definitely middle with ChiO, Pi Phi and AXO. They compete with ChiO, Tridelt, and Pi Phi a lot during recruitment and always steal a few from each since they kinda go for the same type of girls. They have one of the best sisterhoods on the row and if I could be any other sorority it would definitely be theta (I’m in one that is considered “top”). They get a lot of hate on here for “not hanging out with anyone” but that’s pretty false. The group of girls who do party typically hang around with higher ranked frats and popular men’s orgs like ol ags and one army. The campy Christian girls are at every single byx, bca, and amc date party. So they definitely hang out with people, I think they just don’t showcase it as much as some sororities who value looks, status, and boys more. I think that’s another thing that makes Theta so great is that they seriously don’t care about rankings or being judged for who they are. I don’t think we’ve ever seen a theta on this website clearly upranking themselves like a lot of sororities on here do lol

honestly yes. thetas are so sweet and its a shame that this website makes them out to be super weird. i feel like their priorities are just not those of a typical sorority girl/frat guy. even so, the compete with a lot of the girls that tri delt and chi o want.

No one ever knows what to make of Theta. They’ve got a great sisterhood. They are drama free. Everyone loves Thetas. You just don’t see them out on the party scene much. They are low key about that so the guys don’t see them as “hot partiers.” Think of Thetas as true wife material. They just know who they are and embrace that.

Theta definitely steals girls. Had a girl on bid day last year telling me she’s dropping because theta offered her a spot next year if she went through recruitment.
