snap bids/cob 2019?

So much misinformation is driving me crazy!! Quota is not what determines who can COB. Chapter total size is. The half of the chapters below total will be eligible to COB.
I don’t know what total is now with the new pledge classes and I don’t know what size KD is but if they are below Chapter Total, they will be eligible to COB this semester even though they made Quota.

The fact that quota ended up being so small means a lot of chapters will be below chapter total, which will have to be reset anyways and yes, they will COB.

No. Total is re-set every single semester. So because quota was lower this year, total will be lower than it was last semester. 13 chapters - 6/7 will be below total and will be able to COB up to total and 6/7 will be above total and not be eligible.
No different than any other semester.

GPhi met quota this year and last. They will COB in spring if there is a bunch of girls that graduated in December.

DZ did not snap to quota. There were COBs for chapter total. They made quota just fine.
