No need to be confused. It's all right for any group to greet their new members with whatever they want to. They don't have to answer to any other sorority for using whatever symbols or colors that are meaningful to them.

I have to agree with Confused. If other sororities other than Zeta started using Crown placards, or other chapters other than Theta using Kite placards, even other chapters other than KD using Shamrock placards.....etc, everyone would be shaking their heads. Even though it’s minor thing, it should’ve been noticed.

Exactly. AOII has as much right to red diamonds as ADP has to diamonds. People need to stop being so judgemental.

All of the chapters did well, except for ADPi and AOPi. Not trying to be mean, just stating facts. But I do think ADPi got some really cute girls and are trying really hard. I think the fact that AOPi doesn’t have a physical house definitely hurts them as do anonymous websites bashing them does too. The worst thing a pmm can do is come on here and read all of the terrible things people say and let it get in their heads. It’s sad when girls go in thinking they only want a certain name because it’s a “big” name in Texas or its a supposed “top” house at A&M. You don’t choose a house because of the name or even the physical structure. You choose a house for the people around you. For the ladies that stuck with it, I think they found that this whole rank thing is stupid. And I know there were COB’s going out from many chapters to boost chapter total because so many girls dropped the process or were released early. Those ladies were so happy to get a bid. So going back to the original question, this recruitment was a tough one, and I think the PC’s are really great for the houses that made quota!

Let me correct my sentence structure....
I think AOPI not having a physical house definitely hurts them as well as an anonymous website where people constantly bash them.

I wonder why y’all people keep saying ADPi isn’t doing well. Did you guys even see their new pledge class on Instagram?? Its as big as pledge classes from other sororities on the row. It’s bananas how far they’ve come it looks like they’re in such a better shape than ever before. The high drop out rate from recruitment this year affected all chapters on the row, esp the larger sororities which had harder time meeting their quota. I wouldn’t be surprised if both ADPi and AOPii met quota and the rest of the other houses didn’t.

AOPi and ADPi did not make quota at least not without snaps. But yes, ADPi has gotten better, which I stated .

Adpi did really well it seems like, the girls all look super cute and they got just as many as most of the other houses

No they didn't. They literally sent texts to all the girls that withdrew asking them back. If they made quota, it's only because they begged.

Very curious... who in AOII made the decision to give their new pledges their name placards on diamonds? Surely they would have known to differentiate themselves from ADPi as they’re known as Diamonds...
