Usually the smaller ones do it. They can get the full numbers for recruitment and still not meet numbers for total chapter which happens. This would be true for aoii since they’re new. More sororities do COR/cob in the spring bc they’re filling spots from the winter graduates but it’s VERY imp to know people in those sororities.

Some are open about COR and you’ll be able to find out. Others will only invite friends of their current members.

A lot of sororities do COR, so check them out if they have a table one day in the MSC or ask around

From what I heard, this years recruitment’s drop out rate was pretty bad so all chapters either scrapped by or probably didn’t meet quota. So most of the chapters will be engaging in some form of COB, on the down low or marketing bonanza on campus
