I went to tri delt and theta. From looking on here I saw that tri delt is one of the top houses, but from what I saw all week Theta blew me away!! Not sure why they are considered lower mid. I prefed theta so we’ll see!!!

Tri delt is considered better because it’s a popular name. The girls there don’t love each other and they only want certain girls. Theta is more genuine and at least they have a good sisterhood! Hope you get the bid you want and good luck!! This is all my opinion and I’m just One person so don’t take what I say as truth :)

Good for you for following your heart. To answer your question, no one ever knows quite how to rank Theta. Everyone loves Thetas. They are nice, they are kind and they raise crazy amounts of money. They are not big partiers. So, in a traditional Greek sense, they can’t be “top” because they aren’t the hottest and craziest at parties. They aren’t “low” because they are so respected by everyone. They are just those nice Jesus loving Thetas.
