Do NOT worry about tiers when you rush. You will go into supposedly “top tier” houses and wonder who the f&@k decided that house was top. Then you’ll go into “mid” or “bottom” houses and wonder how that was their “rank.” The most important two things you can do each day: 1) Keep an open mind and 2) Talk with the girls around you that are also rushing at the same house as you. This becomes even more important towards the end of the week because these girls will be your potential pledge class. The truth is, aside from your current pledge class and the most recent pledge class, the rest of the girls are much older. Not that you won’t know w they are or go out with them, but the two most recent pledge classes will help you form your tribe. That’s also why it gets more fun as you get older, because you have those two groups and then the incoming group next year when you’ll be in search of your little. So, bottom line...pay attention to the girls around you. Not tiers.
