What are fraternities such as SAE, Delt, Sigma Chi, Pike, and KA reputations to outsiders? (Ex. smart kids, weirdos, party animals, etc.)

SAE and KA throw the best parties but Sigma Chi, Pike, and Delt also throw good parties but have cooler guys. Def the 5 best frats on campus overall. Beta is also good

All 5 are good fraternities just pick which one you vibe with the best.
