fall 2019 rush

So, I rushed last fall as a sophomore and was going to pledge but had to drop due to personal reasons. I was intending to rush again spring semester but I ended up getting into a major car accident and had to withdraw from school fall and spring semesters to recover. Would it be possible to rush again as a junior in the fall?

Yes, pretty sure every house has an upperclassman quota

I have the exact same question, would houses know that you’ve rushed and dropped? And does that affect your chances?
