bottom tier houses?

What makes the bottom tier houses “bottom”? Specifically KD, GPhi, maybe DZ? They seem more social and have better online presence than some houses and I’ve heard of some of their philanthropy events more than other houses so I’m just curious

It’s just this website. No one in the Greek community really cares that much about tiers. If you like a house then go for it! What people say on GreekRank won’t affect your experience one bit.

Why do just a few try to sabotage our Greek system? All of our sister hoods have great experienced to offer. What can’t everyone try to lift each other up? It is a handful of insecure mean girls that are determined go bring others down. You will see when you rush how fantastic sorority life is.

Some would say that the sisterhood is better in "lower" houses, but it all depends. All of the houses have their pros and cons. There's plenty of amazing houses to join this fall!

Mostly only tri delt and a few houses actually care about who is bottom and top. At some university’s there truly is a bottom & top but at A&M the houses have a pretty equal playing ground. About the same number of girls all have mixers and parties and the whole sorority thing. The only difference is that aopi doesn’t have a house but they are new

A girl from my high school went through recruitment with a perfect schedule and had her choice of any house and she chose G Phi. So what you read above is true. All the houses have quality girls and there is no true bottom house except for the one with no house.
